First Steps to Securing Your Linux Server

Once you get set up with a dedicated Linux server, the first thing you need to do is to secure Linux. Here is a great video showing you some of the steps you should take to secure your Linux server. If you'd rather get a shared Linux host (and avoid the DIY parts) there is a FatCow promotion going on for their shared Linux servers.
